PAYMENT
Before shipping, our Credit Department will re-verify all orders and payments. No International Credit Cards will be accepted. All billing information and shipping address (if different from billing address) is subject to verification for safety and security purposes. Please note that there may be delays associated with verifying billing and shipping address information which may hold your order until resolved.

We are not responsible for any typographical errors on pricing and product availability information. Foxy Cowboy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Foxy Cowboy attempts to be as accurate as possible in product descriptions, also on typographical and photographical of products for sale; however, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content on Foxy Cowboy is accurate, complete, or current.
ORDER PROCEDURE / CANCELLATION POLICY
Foxy Cowboy reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Foxy Cowboy reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity of any item you ordered. If there is anything wrong with the merchandise, please contact customer service for more information. However, we do not guarantee all orders will be shipped according to our usual process due to back orders, out of stock and/or credit card verification delay. Foxy Cowboy will only accept all change/cancel order requests by email at thefoxycowboy@gmail.com. Also, all processes must be done before the order has been shipped out.
PHYSICAL DAMAGE OR LOSS
Once you receive your order, you are liable for loss or physical damage. You as the buyer are liable for inspection of the products upon delivery. You will be responsible for contacting Foxy Cowboy regarding claim of any products damaged, tampered, and/or loss in transit. If you receive an order which you find to be physically damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery for further assistance. Replacement will be sent with 48 hours of review. We gladly accept returns and exchanges, however we have the right refuse returns & exchanges if something has been used.
